Physiotherapist II for Home Care
Job Description
Support the Vermilion community with Alberta Health Services as a Physiotherapist II. Deliver physiotherapy services directly to home care clients while managing clinical operations and assessments.
In this role, you’ll work both independently and as part of the AHS allied health team. You are expected to provide clinical leadership, supervise healthcare team members, and ensure compliance with Alberta legislation and AHS policies. Your impact directly enhances the quality of care for home care clients through effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver physiotherapy services to home care clients
• Coordinate clinical operations and staffing on a daily basis
• Supervise and mentor students and team members
• Make clinical decisions regarding patient care challenges
• Contribute to planning and development of programs
Requirements:
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
