Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Physiotherapist to join the Home Health Rehab team working across the North Vancouver Central Community Health Centre and the West Vancouver Community Health Centre.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to clients in the community to achieve quality client focused care.
- Identify and assess client’s performance issues utilizing an evidence-based approach.
- Plan and implement goal directed services, and evaluate the effectiveness of the service.
