Responsibilities The VA New York Harbor Healthcare System (NYHHCS) is a multi-site medical system that includes a major medical facility in Manhattan, Brooklyn, St. Albans campus in Queens, and two Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). VA NYHHCS is an academic facility with teaching and research programs. This position is located in the Mental Health (MH) Service of VA NY Harbor at the Manhattan or Brooklyn Campus.
