Job Description Orthopedic Surgery Position (Sports or Foot/Ankle) - Northwest INDIANA - Near Chicago

Hospital is seeking a board certified/eligible fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon to join a large, well-established independent regional orthopedic group. Sports medicine or expertise in foot/ankle surgeries preferred. New fellows are welcomed! Competitive benefit package offered, including health/dental/vision insurance, CME, vacation and more!
