Upstate New York - Primary Care Physician

• We are looking for highly qualified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for community medicine opportunities in our Outpatient Practices
• This is an employed position in a physician-led organization.
• Pay Range: $285,000-$310,000 based on experience.
