Reporting to the Manager of Philanthropy Operations, you will handle tasks such as gift entry, donor record maintenance, and logistical support for fundraising activities. Your 2-4 years of experience in administration or customer service will enhance the donor experience and align with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter all gifts in CRM accurately and compliantly
• Maintain up-to-date donor records adhering to coding standards
• Prepare thank-you materials and tax receipts for donors
• Coordinate stewardship event logistics and manage RSVPs
• Track all donor interactions within the CRM system
