Full-Time Pharmacist – Medi Centre Pharmacy, Prince Albert, SK

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care including medication reviews, chronic disease management, and care plans
• Administer vaccines and immunizations
• Assess and monitor drug therapy for safety and effectiveness
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, OTC products, and health topics
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support daily pharmacy operations

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
• Injection certification required
