Reporting to the Senior CMC Project Manager, your role will be vital in the smooth operation of logistics and project management. You will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing shipping documents, coordinating shipments, and assisting in project planning and monitoring. Your expertise will ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget as you foster collaborative relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure inventory of GMP products is maintained
• Prepare and review shipment documentation
• Coordinate shipping logistics with stakeholders
• Assist with budget monitoring and project updates
• Support project manager with scheduling and documentation
