Division/Program Summary:
The mission of the Bureau of Public Health Clinics- Immunization clinic is to prevent the occurrence and transmission of vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) through immunization. The Immunization clinic is an Article 28 facility that provides immunizations required for school attendance and recommended vaccines for adults, such as hepatitis B, influenza, measles, mumps and rubella, tetanus and pneumococcal vaccines.
Position Summary:
The Public Health Nurse (PHN) will be assigned to the Bureau's Immunization clinic and report to the Immunization Clinic Supervisor.
