Job Description
Support First Nations clients with employment readiness as a Pre-Employment Case Worker on LLRIB Income Assistance. This role focuses on assessments and personalized Action Plans for 18-64 year-olds.
As a PES Case Worker, you will manage a caseload, evaluating client employability and addressing barriers to employment. Your expertise in social sciences and familiarity with First Nations culture will guide you in developing tailored Action Plans. Coordinating case management services and referring clients to appropriate support programs are key aspects of your role.
