Overview and Purpose of the Role

We are currently seeking both full‑time and part‑time Personal Support Workers (PSW) to join our OR team.

The PSW in the Operating Room plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient surgical care. Working as part of the interdisciplinary surgical team, the PSW ensures operating rooms are prepared, maintained, and turned over efficiently between cases while supporting patient transport, positioning, and overall case flow.
