Personal Lines Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership by continuously keeping your team informed on changes/results and share accountability for the overall performance, productivity and engagement.
• Evaluate staff performance and prepare formal Performance Reviews.
• Perform quality reviews on team members to record staff development.
• Perform monthly individual team member one-to-one meetings to discuss performance, etc.
• Perform Team Meetings on a regular basis to discuss changes, high-level team notes, etc.
• Develop respectful and successful working relationships with our staff and branches.
• Work with management on technical and administrative issues.
• Ensure adherence to insurance carrier and Oracle RMS guidelines and procedures.
• Train new hires and oversee performance and provide assistance.
• Oversee 20+ employees (remote/hybrid/in-office).
