TD Bank seeks a full-time Personal Banking Associate in Richmond, BC. Engage directly with customers, provide daily advice, and assist with banking transactions.
In this role, you will interact with customers to meet their banking needs while fostering confidence in digital banking solutions. You will support staff by handling cash and non-cash transactions and ensure adherence to business procedures for accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to provide day-to-day advice
• Support frontline staff with scheduled transactions
• Guide customers to proper contacts for solutions
• Foster understanding of digital banking trends
• Ensure timely completion of business procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1+ year relevant experience
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
• Strong understanding of Internet functionalities
