To provide specialized supports which are empirically-based and outcome driven as part of a multi-disciplinary team for individuals with a developmental disability and a mental health diagnosis and/or challenging behaviour. Treatment Counsellors will work under the direction of the Supervisor-Specialized Accommodations & Intensive Supports and will support persons served in a specially designated transitional treatment home, and/or designated long-term specialized accommodation.
