Performance Measurement Consultant

Scope of Work

We are seeking support to advance benefits management and performance measurement activities within a Workforce Management program. This includes refining frameworks, KPIs, baselines, and targets across multiple HR capabilities such as staffing transactions, term extensions, and assignments.

Tasks

1. Refine, as needed, performance measurement framework and methodological approaches and designs as part of the HMP Program, including capability‑specific KPIs, baselines, and targets.
2. Refine and develop, as needed based on specific released capability, performance measurement indicators, measures, benchmarks, and tools for the project and the program.
