Performance Marketing Specialist - Google Ads

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic Performance Marketing Specialist– Google Ads to manage paid campaigns. You’ll be responsible for hands‑on management of our Google marketing execution (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) to drive results and ensure everything runs smoothly from setup to reporting. If you're great at optimizing performance, and turning ad spend into real results, this is the role for you. You’ll work closely with clients and team members to hit goals, stay on budget, and find new ways to grow our business.

In this role you will:

• Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns, including budget allocation across various campaigns to ensure cost‑efficient ad spend and google merchant center.
• Update, create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
• Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
• Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
