Job Description
**Technical Consultant / Performance Engineer – Healthcare Informatics**
This field-based Technical Consultant / Performance Engineer supports the successful implementation and performance of Philips’ radiology imaging solutions by ensuring complex hardware environments are built, configured, and operating as designed. You’ll troubleshoot escalations during implementation, validate system integrity with integrators, and ensure reliable handoff into live clinical environments. Travel is up to 50%.
**Your role:**
+ Serve as a technical escalation point during system implementations, supporting performance, hardware validation, and resolution of complex issues before customer go-live.
+ Partner with internal teams and third-party integrators to ensure servers, storage, networking, and racks are built, cabled, and configured precisely to Philips specifications.
