Tasks
 Technical Component (75%):
 Automate analytical tools to improve the performance and operational rigor of the regional network.
 Produce monthly performance tracking dashboards and ensure data quality.
 Extract, analyze, compile, and interpret data from various internal systems (Sygic, Power BI, Salesforce).
 Prepare various reports (financial, statistical, performance indicators, and objective tracking).
 Develop year-end reports and present results according to required formats.
 Participate in process optimization and implementation projects.
 Prepare and update management documents (action plans, timelines, follow-ups).
 Provide technical support to managers regarding the use of systems and digital tools.
 Administrative Component (25%):
 Assist in managing managers’ schedules and organize travel arrangements as needed.
