People Services Advisor

About the Role

The People Services Advisor will be responsible for providing support to the People Services HR Business Partner Team. He or she will provide HR advisory across employee engagement, performance management, training and development, leadership onboarding, HR analytics, retention strategies, and diversity initiatives for the assigned business lines (Global Shared Services and Corporate Canada). He or she will handle employee questions and requests, resolve issues promptly with appropriate documentation, and manage day‑to‑day operations and administration for HR programs and procedures. As a key member of the People Services team, the Advisor will assist in the delivery of annual HR programs and provide employment law information to managers and employees upon request. He or she will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the first point of contact for select groups.
