People Operations & Recruitment Specialist

Garrett is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Mexicali to lead recruitment and provide guidance to HR Administration Specialists. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll and benefits support, driving continuous improvement in HR processes, and managing employee documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in communication are essential.
