Job Description
People Analyst Under the general direction of the Manager, Reporting & Insights, the People Analyst provides a broad range of support for specialized reporting and data automation initiatives that impact HR practices and policies across the University. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating a wide range of complex reporting and data requests from stakeholders across the University.
Assisting with ad hoc requests for HR reports by querying and combining data from disparate sources, including SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
Maintaining and updating the Division's data and reporting products.
Developing business intelligence dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau from various HR data sources.
Automating workflows using tools such as Power Automate.
Providing support on data pipeline projects, including testing and data cleanup, often leveraging software solutions such as Azure Data Factory.
