What is the opportunity?

The BPM development chapter is an exciting team to build innovative BPM solutions that accelerate the digital transformation in RBC. The primary technology in use is PEGA and other emerging technologies, like Camunda. As a PEGA BPM developer, your main responsibility is to work with the Tech Lead to design and build high‑profile workflow applications with quality and speed. You are to adopt an agile mindset and implement DevOps to enable faster delivery cycles. You are also to participate in the BPM chapter meetings and contribute to best practices.

What will you do?

• Participate in lab discussions to understand and contribute to business requirements.
• Assist Tech Lead with application design, and independently take on the design of sub‑components.
• Develop the PEGA solution that fulfills requirements and complies with PEGA best practices, and unit test to ensure quality.
