Drive operational excellence at Payworks as a Sales Operations Manager, enhancing sales performance through strategic Salesforce management. This role offers flexibility and is central to our sales effectiveness.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will ensure our Sales team operates at peak efficiency, managing critical functions like pipeline governance and data integrity in a vibrant, hybrid workplace. Your experience will support our B2B payroll SaaS solutions, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and other teams to optimize sales processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Salesforce program for the Sales team
• Mentor and grow the Sales Operations Analyst
• Oversee pipeline management and accurate forecasting
• Create and maintain executive performance dashboards
• Continuously improve sales processes for scale
