Become a Payroll Specialist within the People & Culture team, delivering top-notch support to over 24,000 team members across Canada. This role involves scheduling payroll runs, maintaining records, and resolving employee inquiries.
As a Payroll Specialist, your expertise will drive efficient payroll processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will include reconciling payments, preparing off-cycle runs, and ensuring accurate deposits. You'll also manage communication around payroll inquiries and build relationships to enhance service delivery.

• Schedule and process all Production Payroll Runs
• Submit bank files for timely payments to Team members
• Reconcile net pay and manage direct deposits
