Description
This role will report to the payroll director and is responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll.

+ Ensures accurate payroll deductions for employee contributions, including insurance and garnishments.

+ Assists with processing year-end information, including W-2s.

+ Supports accurate processing, reconciliation, and recordkeeping of multi-state payroll.

+ Resolves payroll issues and discrepancies as they arise.

+ Assists in training new field and internal employees and provides ongoing support as needed.

+ Helps maintain payroll systems and ensures accurate user training and operational procedures.

+ Works with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to support process improvements and new initiatives.

+ Ensure excellent customer service for team members and external parties in relation to payroll matters.
