Job Description
Responsible for managing, improving and administering the payroll process for all Swedish Emerson employees. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient, accurate and timely salary/benefits pay-outs, tax reductions etc as well as ensuring compliance with company policies/standards and legal standards/regulations.
You will work on site, in our office in Molnlycke, Sweden.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Payroll Management: Execute end-to-end payroll processing activities for employees, including data entry, calculations of salaries, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines. Responsible for matrix interactions with local HR, HR operations and the outsourcing partner to ensure effective handle of payroll management.
+ Time-reporting system: Owner and super-user of time-reporting system.
