Payroll Specialist - Hybrid Guadalajara MX

MezTal is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a U.S.-based client with multiple locations. This position is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, auditing timekeeping information, and providing support to employees and managers regarding payroll-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience processing U.S. payroll , strong knowledge of payroll practices and wage and hour regulations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilitie

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple U.S. locations
• Ensure payroll transactions are completed accurately and within established deadlines
• Process payroll transactions related to new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, transfers, bonuses, and deductions
