In this vital role, you'll oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring compliance, accurate deductions, and timely remittances. You will tackle payroll discrepancies, manage reconciliations, and support HR communications. Your key skills will include scrutinizing payroll systems and enhancing processes for employee benefits and compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll and confirm legislative compliance
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and perform reconciliations
• Provide payroll support for terminations and updates
• Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data
Requirements:
• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience required
• 3 years managing employee benefits programs experience
