Be a critical player at PDF Solutions as a Payroll Senior Analyst in Santa Clara, California. This position requires proficiency in payroll processing for both US and Canadian teams while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
As part of our Finance team, you will manage payroll cycles, partner with HR for compensation strategies, and utilize your ADP Workforce Now experience. An understanding of equity administration will enhance your application as you maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process exempt and non-exempt payrolls accurately
• Manage international payroll operations and vendor relations
• Partner with HR on employee compensation frameworks
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and reports
• Develop financial and operational reports as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, with accounting preferred
• Must have ADP Workforce Now experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot tables...
