Work Mode: Onsite_**Location: Juarez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico****Opportunity**BASIC FUNCTION Under the supervison of the Payroll Coordinator, this position is responsible for preparing the weekly and semimonthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, loans, savings fund, food coupons and vacation bonuses.Additionally, this position elaborates the termination payments.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Review time records weekly, verifies the validity of the documentation to be entered and enters this information into the payroll system.Processing leaves, absences, vacations, disability, promotions and terminations.2.
Register the Social Security transactions.3.
Compute retroactive pay and other adjustments to employee pay accurately and timely4.
Prepare documentation requested to associates by institutions such as the Social Security and INFONAVIT.5.
Answer incoming calls from employees regarding status of their payment.6.
