As an Associate, you will assist with the execution of payroll, maintain compliance with regulations, and enhance the employee onboarding experience. You will play a key role in troubleshooting payroll and benefits inquiries while leveraging your analytical skills to provide data-driven insights for the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out timely semi-monthly payroll processes
• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures using Workday
• Prepare and file essential payroll documents for year-end
• Address complex payroll issues and CRA inquiries
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate required reports
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree and 2 years of related experience
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) enrollment preferred
