Deliver exceptional customer service as a Patient Service Centre Assistant with LifeLabs in Canada. Engage with customers, ensure safe specimen collection, and maintain data accuracy in a full-time role.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting LifeLabs. Your focus will include welcoming customers, processing incoming specimens, and effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing your interpersonal skills, you'll also troubleshoot specimen concerns and promote the use of digital services.
