Base salary range: $102,600.00 - $152,600.00 (includes target bonus). Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Responsibilities
Design conceptual data models for analytical reporting and talk‑to‑data solutions that enable meaningful patient insights. Implement and maintain data security best practices across all systems, ensuring protection of sensitive patient information. Guide development teams toward industry best practices and standards for data integration, quality, and governance. Conduct periodic code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with established standards. Provide DevOps enablement skills and support CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
