Join our team as a passionate ELA Educator. Drive student engagement through effective teaching methodologies while fostering an environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
We are seeking teachers who are committed to providing a supportive learning experience in middle school English Language Arts. This position relies on planning and executing lessons while assessing student progress and collaborating with school staff to address academic challenges. Teachers will also support IEPs, enhancing their commitment to student-centered education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement core ELA lessons with enthusiasm
• Regularly assess and track student progress
• Foster a welcoming classroom based on respect
• Collaborate with staff for student support
• Adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Tennessee teaching license or EPP qualification
• Deep commitment to student success
