Position: Partner Portal Support Specialist
Location: Richmond Hill, ON / Waterloo, ON / Dallas, TX
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Work Model: Onsite (4 days/week until August, then 5 days/week onsite)
Pay Rate: $25/hr. on T4
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner portal inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLA expectations
- Provide first-line support, triage requests, and troubleshoot access, login, and provisioning issues
- Manage partner onboarding, profile enablement, and persona administration
- Support portal administration activities, including user access and credential setup
- Process and track trial and demo orders to completion in collaboration with cross-functional teams (deal desk, billing, fulfillment)
