Job Description
Lead Acute Respiratory Therapy Services at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, B.C. This part-time position focuses on patient-centered care and managing operations in respiratory therapy.
We are seeking a permanent, part-time Section Head for Acute Respiratory Therapy Services. In this role, you'll oversee operations, develop policies, and manage expenditures while supporting a multidisciplinary team. You'll actively contribute to the High Acuity Response Team, delivering critical care and advanced support to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of respiratory services
• Develop and monitor clinical policies and procedures
• Provide budget input and manage expenditures
• Guide team to ensure safe, responsive care
• Participate in HART for critical patient transports
