Job Description
Support exceptional resident care as a Part-Time Registered Nurse at Southbridge Care Homes, located in Port Dover, ON. Starting pay is $36.06 per hour, with a focus on excellence.
As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, your role is pivotal in administering patient treatments and medications while maintaining strict adherence to care standards. You will actively engage in assessments and multidisciplinary meetings to ensure continuous improvement in care practices and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments per physicians’ orders
• Develop and review resident care plans based on continuous assessment
• Train and supervise nursing staff effectively
• Prepare the Facility for RAI MDS processes
• Lead the Facility when the Director is unavailable
