Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive health care as per care plans
• Administer and document medications accurately
• Assess and report changes in resident conditions
• Collaborate with Registered Nurse and health teams
• Support resident activities to enhance self-reliance
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
• Current certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
