As part of the HART Hub team in Orangeville, you will work collaboratively with the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine team. This role focuses on assessing and treating clients with substance use issues, while connecting them to vital community-based services. You'll engage in comprehensive health assessments to identify and address health problems, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.
