Deliver essential imaging services as a part-time Medical Radiation Technologist. Focus on producing X-rays that aid in diagnosing and managing patient conditions with precision.
You will be responsible for generating and preparing X-ray images under legal treatment orders while maintaining high clinical standards. This position includes collaboration with health service chiefs to optimize service delivery and address any concerns quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create diagnostic X-rays as per treatment orders
• Prepare images for efficient transport and interpretation
• Work closely with health service chiefs for service coordination
• Identify and report safety concerns and equipment inadequacies
• Involve in community quality improvement strategies
Requirements:
• Active member of CAMRT-BC
• Minimum of 2 years MRT experience required
• Proficient in X-ray imaging practices
• Strong interpersonal and feedback skills
