This contract role offers 37.5 hours per week and focuses on maintaining facility equipment, responding to work orders, and ensuring cleanliness. You will manage repairs across various systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and pools, while coordinating with contractors when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair building equipment and respond to maintenance requests
• Ensure safe operation of pools and aquatic facilities
• Conduct light-duty and general cleaning tasks
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
