As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will leverage over three years of IT Infrastructure experience to address hardware and software issues effectively. Your role will include troubleshooting, maintaining customer satisfaction, and adhering to corporate policies while facilitating desktop support for end-users. You will also coordinate with clients to provide timely solutions and updates.
