Join the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) as a Part Time Chapter Administrator for the Southwestern Ontario Chapter. Support operations and enhance member experiences through event coordination and effective communication.
The Chapter Administrator is key to ensuring a high-quality member experience for ICD's SWO Chapter. This part-time role involves managing chapter programming, supporting governance activities, and acting as a key contact between Chapter leadership and the National Office. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative, event coordination, and CRM skills with a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage event logistics for six annual programs
• Coordinate Chapter Executive Committee meetings
• Prepare and monitor annual Chapter budget
• Develop communications through email marketing
• Maintain Chapter records in digital platforms
