Monarch House seeks a part-time Camp Coordinator to lead exciting camp activities for children and youth facing developmental challenges. Ensure an engaging, supportive environment this summer.
In this role, you will coordinate various camp activities while fostering a positive atmosphere for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other delays. You will assist in selecting activities that motivate and inspire campers, implementing strategies to navigate behavioral challenges. Emphasizing creativity and adaptability is key to maintaining group enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee diverse daily camp activities
• Support campers in selecting motivating activities
• Promote teamwork and positive interactions
• Adapt plans based on changing needs
• Complete incident reports in Microsoft Teams

• Experience in supervised roles with ABA therapy
• Valid criminal record check for vulnerable sectors
