Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details
• Introduce loyalty programs and additional brand channels
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns with integrity
