You’ll be in charge of recruiting and developing a passionate crew while promoting customer engagement through innovative strategies like social media and curbside pickup.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives
• Recruit and develop a collaborative retail team
• Create buzz through promotions and product launches
• Monitor shrinkage, payroll, and associate schedules
• Communicate with leadership about customer insights
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail management experience
• Strong skills in communication and operations
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
