Part-time Assistant Confirmation Team (Bogotá)

Responsibilities

• Confirm appointments
• Manage geography/routing of set appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Provide customer service
• Manage sales team schedules
• Reduce appointment cancellations
• Reset and reschedule appointments
• Review sales results and dispute if applicable

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (required)
• Sales experience is optional; communication skills are more important
• 3+ years of call‑center experience working with US customers
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Negotiation skills
• Follow‑up skills
• Accountability

Schedule

4–5 hours per day, available Monday through Sunday, for a minimum of 25–30 hours per week.

Pay

US$6.50 per hour plus bonuses.
