- Proactively work to support Zendesk's litigation counsel on myriad court cases, arbitrations, and informal disputes, both in the U.S. and worldwide, to achieve desired outcomes in keeping with business objectives.

- Manage the subpoena intake and response process, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

- Assist in the analysis of evidence and case materials to identify key issues; draft summaries and correspondence as needed.
