The Paralegal will provide direct support to the Managing Partner, requiring a strong combination of legal knowledge, operational efficiency, and client-facing professionalism. This role involves drafting legal documents, managing e-filings, coordinating deadlines, and supporting trial preparation while working independently. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and manage multiple priorities. Experience using AI tools to optimize legal workflows is considered a strong plus.
