Salary: COP $3,500,000 per month
Location (On-site): Colombia – Medellín
Role Overview
The Paralegal will provide direct support to the Managing Partner, requiring a strong combination of legal knowledge, operational efficiency, and client‑facing professionalism. This role involves drafting legal documents, managing e‑filings, coordinating deadlines, and supporting trial preparation while working independently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and manage multiple priorities. Experience using AI tools to optimize legal workflows is considered a strong plus.
